| Saigling Elementary celebrated National Children's Book Week on November 18, 2004. To celebrate, students and staff dressed-up as their favorite book character. The principal, Mrs. Latimer, led everyone in a Character Book Parade throughout the school. We had a parade of characters, as students and staff marched through the halls dressed as their favorite book character. |  |

Students
and staff returned to school later in the evening for a family night
of fun. Everyone enjoyed dinner and desert and then teachers and
staff presented storytime. They read (in costume) some of their
