Ann Dean

I have a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Texas at El Paso.  I also have my ESL certification.  I have lived in Plano thirty years, and since I live so close to the school, I walk almost every day.  I have three children and three grandsons.  I enjoy working in the yard, arts and crafts, shopping, and going to the movies.  Mexican food is my favorite thing to eat.  I have taught first grade for many years and have enjoyed every minute of it.  Children are a gift and have the potential to become anything they choose to be.

One of my favorite quotes is “There is no duty we so much underrate as the duty of being happy” by Robert Louis Stevenson.  I love a sense of humor and try to find something to laugh about, even if it is myself.
