Sandy Sewell

I attended Illinois State University and West Texas State. I am certified in special ed, ESL and elementary education. I am also a reading specialist and trained in PACE. I've taught at many levels, including elementary, junior college, and middle school.

I have two grown children, Adam who is in Florida doing his residency and Suzanne, who is still working on her college degree. My precious dog Wiggles keeps me laughing at home. In my spare time, I love to cook, read and paint. I also enjoy a variety of ethnic foods and coffees.

My favorite saying comes from a poster I bought many years ago. "It's amazing what you can do when you don't know what you can't do."
