WHAT IS “LIFT OFF TO LEARNING?”
Plano ISD Child Find’s “Lift Off to Learning” program is a free information and referral service that helps identify children who may need assistance with learning challenges. By pinpointing problems early, “Lift Off to Learning” offers every infant, child and youth an equal chance to achieve his or her full potential.

HOW THE LIFT OFF TO LEARNING PROGRAM WORKS
The Plano Independent School District works with professionals who provide intervention for children with learning differences from birth through age 21. These learning differences may include difficulties with speech, language, social interaction, behavior, vision, hearing and coordination. When you call the PISD Lift Off to Learning Help Line (469) 752-8100 x 38050, you will be referred to the person or agency who is most qualified to help. There is no charge for any of the services provided by the Plano ISD Child Find’s Lift Off to Learning program.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
Watching a child close to you grow and develop is a natural source of joy and pleasure. Each new skill mastered, each personal accomplishment, marks another milestone toward maturity and independence. However, if you are concerned that your child is not progressing at the same rate as other children the same age, Lift Off to Learning can help.
